WATFORD FC TRUST FITNESS PROJECTS

Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust’s Shape Up programme and Active Watford and Three Rivers programme is launching a free digital offer to its sessions helping you keep active and lose weight even when at home.
WATFORD WOMEN'S CENTRE YOGA

A group for women from the Watford community and beyond for Yoga and Fitness activities and techniques. This is a place for sharing and guidance from each other.
West Watford Community Association

WWCA host a range of activities for all skill levels including, Yoga and Zen meditation classes. You can find out more on their website.
Saracens Foundation Free Cheer Courses

Saracens Foundation have put together a 6 week programme of cheer and Tik-Tok classes with a professional coach for free. Join them every Wednesday at 4pm. Email them for more information.
Everyone Active Courses

If you've been meaning to join a gym this new year Everyone Active are offering an On Demand service available with a month's free trial. This is part of the NHS Better Health Campaign and working in partnership with Public Health England.
Peace Hospice £s for Pounds

Help raise money for Watford Peace Hospice and get healthier for the new year. £s for Ibs is now in its 8th year and kicks off a range of events for the Hospices' 30th anniversary.
