Museum Archive 

Watford Museum  is creating a digital archive to commemorate all the high points of this year. Whether it be examples of residents going far and beyond to support people in their community, acts of kindness by neighbours or just something that put a smile on your face in 2020. If you're interested please send any images across to the curator


Without going outside and including your window frame, draw, craft or create your favourite view from one of your windows.


West Watford Community Association

From crochet and mindfulness to French classes and talks about Watford's history, WWCA have a lot to offer. These are arranged throughout the year and due to the pandemic have been moved online. 


Watford and Bushey Arts Society ​

If you're interested in fine art and practing it, Watford and Bushey Arts Society hold monthly meetings with special guests talking and guiding you through various artistic practices.  


Watford Healthy Hub Cooking Demonstrations from ASCEND​

Learn to cook a slap up meal from tinned and dried tomatoes, with expert Nutritionist Sarah Scotland, every other Wednesday starting 9th of December from 12 - 1pm. You can call ASCEND on 07483 104911 or email them directly.


Minnie's Library

Minnie Birch is a local musician and performer. She has worked in the library service for years and helped put on and run educational classes for adults and children. Over Lockdown she set about posting fun videos on her YouTube channel, covering story times and little creative things to do at home. 


30 Day Art Challenge

Lizzie Reakes, an artist who has exhibited at Watford Museum, is hosting an online 30 day art challenge on Facebook.  Everybody is welcome to take part and interpret the themes how they want. 


Watford Writers

If you have an idea for a book or even just enjoy writing Watford Writers hold regular meetings to help you hone your skill or start down a new creative route. Email them directly for more information. 


Music Production with STONX

With 20 years experience between them, local group STONX are looking to entertain and educate with music. Their channel covers everything to do with Ableton all the way to playing certain riffs on bass and guitar. They also have some live performances for you to enjoy.
