Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust’s Shape Up programme is launching a free digital offer to its sessions helping you keep active and lose weight even when at home.
The weight management programme, designed for adult males, has gathered an impressive reputation for successful results with over 1300 men having taken part in the programme since it began, collectively losing over 7.2 tonnes of weight.
Once signed up, you will be supported by Trust staff on your weight loss journey and will have access to free online home workouts, editable resources and sessions on nutritional education. In groups of like-minded individuals, you’ll be sure to feel the support on making positive lifestyle changes to achieve your goals.
This regular physical activity can also have positive effects on your mental wellbeing. In 2019 95.86% of participants self-reported that their self-esteem had improved since taking part in the programme.
